Over 50,000 members of the Pontifical Missionary Children (PMC) from the 120 Catholic Parishes of the Archdiocese of Nairobi (ADN), who participated in the Archdiocesan annual Eucharistic celebration on February 10 were invited to live a life of prayer.
In his homily at the event that was held at St. Mary’s Msongari School grounds in Westlands, Nairobi, Fr. Kevin Dominic Kongowea invited PMC members whose motto is “children helping children” to pray for the needs of their colleagues who are in challenging situations.
“Today we are being invited to contemplate how we can lead a prayerful life together. We should pray because our God is able,” Fr. Kongowea said.
