Pope Francis has appointed Mons. Cleophas Oseso Tuka as the Bishop for the Catholic Diocese of Nakuru in Kenya and elevated the Apostolic Vicariate of Isiolo in the East African nation to a Diocese “with the same denomination and territorial configuration”.
