Pope Francis has appointed Mons. Giancarlo Dellagiovanna, a member of the Clergy of Italy’s Tortona Catholic Diocese, as the new Apostolic Nuncio to Burkina Faso and assigned him the Titular See of Sistroniana with the dignity of Archbishop.
