Pope Francis has appointed Mons. Hieronymus Joya as Bishop for the Catholic Diocese of Maralal in Kenya and Mons. Walter Erbì as Apostolic Nuncio to Sierra Leone.

Pope Francis has appointed Mons. Walter Erbì, a native of Italy, as the new Apostolic Nuncio to Liberia and assigned him the Titular See of Nepeta in Italy with the dignity of Archbishop.
