Pope Francis has accepted the retirement of Archbishop Odon Marie Arsène Razanakolona from the pastoral care of Madagascar’s Antananarivo Archdiocese, and has appointed Bishop Jean de Dieu Raoelison of Ambatondrazaka Diocese as his successor.
