Consultors Elect Diocesan Administrator for South African Diocese after Bishop Resigns

Members of the College of Consultors of the Catholic Diocese of Kroonstad in South Africa have elected a Diocesan Administrator to govern the Episcopal See following the resignation of  Bishop Peter John Holiday at the age of 70.
