Pope Francis Appoints New Apostolic Nuncio to Republic of Congo and Gabon

Pope Francis has appointed Msgr. Javier Herrera Corona as the new Apostolic Nuncio to the Republic of Congo and Gabon and assigned him the Titular See of Vulturara in Italy with the dignity of Archbishop.
