Pope Francis has appointed Mons. Augustin Simmel Ndiaye, who has been serving as the Rector of the Burkina Faso-based Catholic University of West Africa (UCAO) as the Local Ordinary of Saint-Louis Du Sénégal Diocese in Senegal.
